Refund policy

1. NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS

Crazy For Selfcare creates handcrafted, handmade, made-to-order cosmetic products, using ingredients that are sensitive to temperature, handling, and environmental conditions.

Due to their hygienic, cosmetic, and artisanal nature, all our products are classified as "personal use consumables", which means they CANNOT be resold, reintroduced into inventory, or accepted back for sanitary and regulatory reasons.


2. NO REFUND AND NO RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.

Crazy For Selfcare does NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, including, but not limited to:

  • Personal preferences ("I didn't like the scent", "I expected a different fragrance", "I thought it would be stronger")
  • Texture different from what was imagined
  • Scents perceived as mild or intense
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with the product experience
  • Personal reactions not attributable to manufacturing defects
  • Opened, tested, or used products
  • Doubts about effectiveness after partial use
  • Weather temporarily affecting texture (cold/heat)

📌 For health and safety reasons and cosmetic laws, no opened or handled product can be returned or refunded.


3. WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS FOR:

3.1 Personal Preferences

(because they do not constitute defects)

  • Scent milder or stronger than what the customer imagined
  • Slightly different color
  • Subjective sensation on skin
  • Unguaranteed expectations

3.2 Natural Artisanal Variations

Handmade products may show slight differences in:

  • consistency,
  • color,
  • density,
  • texture,
  • scent.

3.3 Customer Ordering Errors

Includes:

  • Incorrect address
  • Wrong selection of scent, size, or product
  • Failure to read description
  • Duplicate purchase made by the customer

4. DAMAGED PRODUCTS OR SHIPPING ISSUES

Once the package has been delivered to the carrier (USPS), responsibility falls on the postal service.

Crazy For Selfcare is not responsible for:

  • lost packages,
  • delayed packages,
  • damage caused by USPS,
  • packages marked as "delivered" are considered received,
  • theft at mailbox or delivery area.

For these cases, the customer must file a claim with USPS:

5. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

The customer agrees that:

  • Filing a claim for "product different from described", "doesn't work", "has no scent", or "I didn't like it" does not constitute a valid basis for refund, as the products are handcrafted and their natural variation is explicitly detailed.
  • Every buyer acknowledges these conditions upon completing a purchase on our website.
  • Registering a fraudulent claim on any payment platform goes against our Terms of Service and could result in additional measures, including blocking future purchases.

6. ACCEPTANCE OF POLICY

By making a purchase at www.crazyforselfcare.com, the customer confirms that:

  • They have read and understood this policy,
  • They agree to it,
  • And they voluntarily waive the right to return or refund for reasons not covered here.
