Shipping policy

Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before completing your purchase.

By placing an order on www.crazyforselfcare.com, you agree to the shipping terms stated below.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All Crazy For Selfcare products are handmade in small batches. Due to high demand and production requirements, our order processing time is:

✨ 1–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Processing time refers to preparing your order, not shipping time.

Processing may increase during:

  • Sales events
  • Seasonal peaks
  • Restocks
  • High-volume periods
  • Holidays

We do not guarantee delivery dates under any circumstance.


2. SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated USPS delivery time is:

✨ 3–7 business days (Domestic U.S. including Puerto Rico).

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • USPS staffing or routing issues
  • Holiday season
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Global or local transportation delays

These delays are not within our control and do not qualify for refunds or compensation.


3. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you will receive a USPS tracking number via:

  • Email

    or

  • SMS (if selected at checkout)

It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking progress.

Crazy For Selfcare does not contact USPS on behalf of customers.

4. ADDRESS ACCURACY & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Customers are fully responsible for providing a complete, correct, and deliverable shipping address.

We do NOT make changes to addresses after checkout.

If a package is:

  • Returned due to an incorrect address
  • Returned due to an incomplete address
  • Returned because the customer did not pick it up
  • Marked undeliverable by USPS

👉 The customer must pay the full reshipping cost (based on current USPS rates).

No refunds will be issued for orders returned due to address errors.


5. LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is accepted by USPS and a tracking number is generated, USPS becomes responsible for delivery.

Crazy For Selfcare is NOT responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Delayed packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Packages marked as “Delivered” but not received
  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

6. NO COMPENSATION POLICY FOR ANY SHIPPED ORDER

Once an order has been shipped and a USPS tracking number has been issued,

Crazy For Selfcare does NOT provide compensation of any kind, including:

✔ No refunds

✔ No replacements

✔ No reshipments

✔ No store credit

✔ No exceptions

This applies to ALL orders, regardless of whether shipping was:

  • Paid
  • Discounted
  • Free

This also applies to ALL delivery statuses:

  • “Delivered”
  • “In Transit”
  • “Delayed”
  • “Arrived at wrong unit”
  • “Returned to sender”
  • “Lost in mail”

Customers are responsible for filing USPS claims for any delivery issues.


7. FREE SHIPPING ORDERS

Orders that qualify for free shipping follow the exact same rules as paid-shipping orders.

Free shipping does NOT include:

  • Package insurance
  • Delivery guarantees
  • Replacements
  • Refund protection
  • Any form of compensation

USPS remains responsible for delivery.


8. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because our products are handmade:

❌ Orders cannot be changed after checkout

❌ Shipping addresses cannot be modified

❌ Products cannot be altered

❌ Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted

Please review your information carefully before completing your purchase.

For order-related inquiries, please contact us ONLY through:

We do NOT resolve:

  • Shipping issues
  • Order status questions
  • Tracking concerns
  • Refund or return inquiries

through Instagram, Facebook, or any social media platform.

Social media is not an official communication channel for order support.


10. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY

By placing an order at Crazy For Selfcare, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales are final
  • Shipping times may vary
  • USPS is responsible for delivery once tracking exists
  • Crazy For Selfcare does not compensate for delivery issues
  • You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address
